About

Narragansett Bay Lobsters Fleet

History

Narragansett Bay Lobsters was founded in 1993 in Pt. Judith, RI. Led by Al Verrier and his daughter Lori Oldrid, Narragansett Bay Lobsters became a leader in the lobster industry taking in over a million pounds of lobsters a year by 1996. As the lobster industry in Rhode Island began to slow down, Narragansett Bay expanded it’s role in the local seafood industry under the ownership of Lee Morse and son Adam Morse. In 2008, Narragansett Bay Lobsters hired Tom LaFazia and expanded our facility to accommodate a full line seafood processing plant. Our state of the art HACCP facility now services restaurants and markets that demand the highest level of quality and service from their seafood provider.
